Mesothelioma is a rare cancer caused by exposure to the
mineral asbestos. Asbestos was a widely used product in the military for years,
because of this veterans account for nearly one third of mesothelioma diagnoses nationwide.
Our organization works to provide free information and resources to help those affected by asbestos exposure. Our VA-certified claims agents who have helped more than a thousand veterans get VA Disability Compensation for asbestos-related illnesses. Our Patient Advocates are available 24/7 to assist patients and families with questions and concerns, regarding mesothelioma life expectancy, prognosis, and treatment options.
Disability Care Center (8/5/15)
This organization is trying to reach veteran organizations and veterans in attempt to spread awareness on Social Security Disability benefits for veterans. Many veterans are suffering from a debilitating condition that could possibly be acknowledged by the Social Security Administration. The Disability Care Center tries to help veterans on how to attain Social Security Disability. The Disability Care Center helps disabled veterans navigate the process for obtaining disability benefits by offering free resources such as our Veteran’s Disability Guide and our List of Free/low Cost Clinics.
